Therapy services
Ten ways in — chosen for how you actually process.
No single approach reaches everyone. What we use depends on where the difficulty is held: in your thoughts, in your body, in a memory that never got filed, or in something you have never found words for.

Not sure which one
You do not have to pick.
Most people arrive without a preference, and that is completely fine. You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out — we work it out together in the first sessions, and it can change as the work changes.
“It happened, and it will not leave me alone.”
Trauma-focused work — usually EMDR, Brainspotting, or somatic interventions, always after we have built reliable ways for you to steady yourself first.
“I know why I feel like this and it has not helped.”
Approaches that give you more relief than talk therapy alone: Brainspotting, somatic work, bilateral music, SandPlay.
“I want tools I can use on my own.”
CBT, ACT and mindfulness give you something concrete to practise, so the work continues in the six days a week we are not meeting.

Still not sure? That is what the free call is for.
A brief complimentary phone consultation costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. Describe what is going on, and I will tell you honestly what I would suggest — including if that is someone other than me.
