Mindfulness here is not an instruction to relax. It is the skill of noticing what is happening while it is happening — which is precisely the capacity that stress, trauma and overwhelm erode first.
Guided imagery goes a step further. Working with an image rather than an explanation lets you approach material sideways, at a distance you can tolerate, and often reveals what a direct question cannot. A safe place, a protective figure, a younger version of yourself who needs something: these are not decorations. They are working tools.
Meditation sessions are also available as a standalone offering for clients who want a dedicated space to build the practice.
What a session involves
Guided imagery is led aloud, with plenty of space, and always includes returning fully to the room afterwards. Nothing is left open at the end of a session.
