What this website collects
This site is a set of static pages. It does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics profiles, or behavioural cookies, and it does not build a profile of you as you read.
The contact form
The enquiry form on the contact page does not send anything on its own. When you submit it, the details you typed are used to open a pre-addressed message in your own email application. Nothing is transmitted until you press send there, and nothing is stored on this website.
Email is not a secure or confidential channel and is not covered by the protections that apply inside a therapy session. Please share only what is needed to arrange a conversation. Clinical detail belongs in session.
Clinical records
Information shared once you are a client is handled separately from this website, under the confidentiality obligations that apply to licensed mental health professionals in New York State, and under HIPAA where applicable. Full details, including the limits of confidentiality, are covered in the intake paperwork before therapy begins — ask about anything in it that is unclear.
Not a crisis service
