Most couples do not have many arguments. They have one argument, wearing different clothes each time. The subject changes; the choreography does not.
The work is to slow that sequence down enough to see it — what starts it, what each person is protecting, and the moment where it becomes unwinnable — and then to build something else in its place. That means both people getting heard properly, often for the first time in a long while.
Sessions run for 60 minutes, because two people need more room than one.
What a session involves
Both partners attend. I am not there to award a winner; I am there to make the pattern visible and give you both a better move.
